Balasana is open at least 30 minutes before and after classes.

Class Etiquette:
- We consider all classes to be entry level. You can do it!
- Dress appropriately and comfortably for all classes. Loose fitting clothes and bare feet are great for Yoga,
Pilates, Ballet and Belly Dance.
 Gym type clothes and athletic shoes for fitness and Hip Hop.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before your class begins to have time to sign in, use restroom and relax before class.
- Silence all cell phones and electronics prior to arriving or leave them in your car or at home.
- We recommend you bring a towel, water bottle and Yoga mat to every class!
- Yoga mat rentals will be provided for $3 or you may purchase one at the front desk.
- Please bring with you a healthy snack to eat after or between classes. (Especially after a weight training
class, feed those muscles!) Protein bars & healthy snacks are for sale at front desk for your convenience.
- Please leave all egos & stress at the door - you may pick them up if necessary when you leave :) .
- And finally…Be Playful...Be Peaceful...Be Present.

Class Types:
Yoga - We offer mind/body classes ranging from relaxing gentle yoga to flow classes, as well as
unique classes such as partner yoga, parent/child and belly yoga.

Pilates — We offer wide range of Pilates classes for the beginner to more advanced students.

Meditation - Many of our yoga classes will end with a peaceful and calming meditation. We also offer
FREE open meditations.

Dance - Bust out all your moves in our dance-based classes.  Classes included in this category
incorporate various dance forms - ballet, belly dancing, hip hop, etc.

Fitness — Get your sweat on having fun in our cardio fitness and strength training classes. To have a
balanced body, mind and spirit we need to balance cardio, strength & flexibility training!

Parent/Child Classes - We want your children to grow up with a love of fitness! We offer classes that
allow you to work out and/or relax with your children.

Private Training - We offer one-on-one training for any class style - Pilates, yoga, fitness, dance,
meditation. We also offer mind/body wellness coaching. Private training is great for students seeking
more one-on-one attention and assistance with your goals, and is a good choice for new students
wanting more care or attention to form, or just needing some extra love!

Creative Workshops - We host many different fun and creative workshops at Balasana.  Class
examples: creative art workshops, kid’s art classes, journaling, nutrition workshops and more!

Teacher Trainings & Fitness Certifications - Balasana periodically hosts yoga teacher trainings as
