What we will learn together: We will focus on the Essence of “being” a loving, compassionate teacher and leader. With “presence” being the primary
focus and form and what it looks like being secondary. We will learn proper alignment for practicing safe and joyous yoga. We will explore a variety of
healing breath exercises, how to allow joy and love to guide our words, actions and energy. We will learn how to explore internally each pose and
connect with how it feels. We will play together in small groups practicing our teaching and cueing. We will learn the healing benefits of various poses
and how to safely modify each pose for a wide variety of students. We will practice and play together encouraging confidence and connection with in
ourselves and within the group. As we listen we will develop stronger intuition which will serve us as well as others we are leading. And we will learn

Teen Dance Workshop and Performance Showcase with Sarah - This workshop will include instruction in Hip Hop and other dance styles,
participants will learn a routine for the showcase performance. Ages 10 to 18 are welcome, no experience necessary. The classes are on Mondays
from 4:30-5:30pm, from October through December. The showcase performance will be in the first week of January. Cost is $39 per month (or
Family membership) plus the showcase fee of $25 - the showcase is fun for families! The monthly fee can be pro-rated, so you can join any time.
